You can also apply online (for both annual and lifetime licenses). Once 15 day hold is up we will place tags in mail. License paid by check or money order will be held for 15 days to ensure proper clearing of funds. Checks can be made payable to "York County Treasurer". You can mail the application with a check or money order to the Treasurer's Office. If you don't have computer access and/or a printer, call the office and we'll be happy to mail one to you.
